Some guy named Jeff Westover who runs DefendingSanta.com, a supposed news site about Santa Claus, constantly quotes Christmasnewswire.com as if it was a separate "journalistic" site from DefendingSanta.com.

When you read through ChristmasNewsWire.com you will see articles quoting DefendingSanta.com as if it was a separate "journalistic" site from ChristmasNewsWire.com.

In reality, both of them, along with other Christmas "News" site, are owned by Jeff Westover, who claims to "play santa on the internet". Jeff Westover links to his different sites in an attempt to give himself credibility. He is also the originator/host/owner, whatever you want to call it, of Clausnet.com

Amazing. Jeff Westover claims that Jeff Westover is legitamate, if you don't believe him, just ask Jeff Westover.

We have been told, that Jeff Westover writes personal emails to people and claims they are emails from friends. If you reply "as a friend" he publishes your emails as if they were official journalistic statements, without permission, without notifying the individual that they are going to be published. We have also been told that he also edits them to reflect whatever false impression he wants to present.

Why is this important to SantaCheck? He claims to play Santa on the internet. How?

Of all the good stories out there about people who portray Santa Claus, the majority of his rumor mill seems to be simply stirring a pot of mud.

We have also been rebuked for maintaining this site, to keep you informed of the filth that passes themselves off as Santa, endangering YOUR children. We are looking out for you.

We have been accused of only presenting the evil side and making Santa look bad. First of all, please understand, the foul mouthed, fraudulent, vulgar and rude people exposed on this site, are NOT Santa. They are simply evil people you should aware of.

But IF we are presenting the evil side of Santa, what is Jeff Westover doing? Is he defending Santa? or is he defaming Santa? Or could it be, he is defending fraud? One of his last postings ridiculed someone for speaking out against the very fraud he accused Joe Moore of committing.

First of all we applaud Jeff Westover for exposing fraud? We are curious why he is upset that other people are exposing fraud? Is he simply afraid of competition? Does he want to run SantaCheck.com?

If Jeff Westover would like to take over SantaCheck.com from us, we would love it, because then we would not have to look at all filth, foul language, stripper shows, queers, and other disgusting actions of people who have access to your children.

However, we believe that he would not run it in a non partisan way, he would run it to protect those friends of his, who have appeared here.

Earlier this week The Gatlinburg Tourism Board issued a statement defending their actions in saving the festival from total collapse even though the bills from 2009 were never fully satisfied and nothing had been paid to put on the 2010 show."

The headline at DefendingSanta.com loudly proclaims:

The problem centers around some plaques sold to benefit a charity;

Joe Moore is hesitant to discuss the situation on the record. “The issue with the plaques is a private matter between us and the vendor,” Joe Moore said.

A private matter between him and the vendor? We Wonder why Joe Moore posted about it publicly then;

Over the months, the Moores have delayed or explained away delivery of the plaques and accounting for the funds. Shortly after the convention was over, the Moores committed to deliver the plaques by the end of April. Then on May 6th, Joe Moore posted a note on Clausnet.com, the popular Santa forum online dedicated to professional Santas, indicating that the plaques were “still being worked on”.

Mary Moore says the hold up is the charity's fault;

On July 17th, Mary Moore told the vendor in an email “Indeed we are waiting for Santa America’s portion of the plaque payment which they assure me will be here shortly”. Santa America denies any involvement in the collection of funds or obligation to the vendor for the plaques.

You won't believe the emails we get.

You won't. We could publish the emails, but you just wouldn't believe them. We say that based on the emails that we get. HUH?

Well it seems most of the emails we receive are from the people featured on this blog. Emails from the so called "santas" that are reported on here. They claim we are making this stuff up. They claim we are "taking their comments out of context".

Yet, we are only posting THEIR words. We even provide screen shots of their posting when possible.

You won't believe what they say. They say, get this, they say that it is HORRIBLE of us to post their words here. They say that we are tarnishing the name of "Santa" by taking their foul words and hateful statements, and displaying them here for you to see.

They are shocked and appalled that a site like this exists. Well, we are shocked and appalled that posts like theirs exist. You would think if they were really shocked and appalled, they would remove their message boards that contain these shocking and appalling posts. You would think they would not have posted them to begin with.

By the way, take a look at the counter on the right. Many of the "santas" we report on check us out every day. Is a "santa" from YOUR town listed here on this site? Is Ric Erwin the person you are trusting your child with? Remember him, he posted a video that showed "how Santa got his yule log back", because of a (north) Pole Dancer? This video was also titled "Santa's Girthday Party"

What about Allen Keeney? He posted;
"Be careful when you scratch the surface of our lifestyles. I know of many things among our fellow Santas of which we do not speak. Even XXXXX* would not identify a child molester by name. We have gay Santas, swinger Santas, ex con Santas, Santas that cheat on their wives, religous (sic) nut case Santas. You name it we have it. Sorry but that is life."

So let's see, is this site horrible for letting you know that Allen Keeney said that kind of thing? or is it Allen Keeney that is horrible for saying that to begin with?

We realize that this post does not contain anything new.... for the most part, it is because they have stopped posting extremely hateful posts on their site they call "SantaTalk" and have hidden it behind the other site called "SantaTalkATT". SantaTalkATT is now password protected so that the average public cannot see it... however the same vile talk still continues, just hidden from view.

Now we ask you... Do you feel that your child is now safe, because they are HIDING their vile natures? Oh wait, you say that is not the same as removing or repenting of their vile nature?

Oh Sorry... they only hide their filth now, they didn't stop it.

How long will SantaCheck continue? As long as people like that are trying to be with your children.

And to the totally UNPROFESSIONAL posts from the photographer who, in his post, liked to use "professional" phrases like, "you really need to get a grip"...

We will NOT publish your posts. Get over it.

We did not originate this story, we simply reported that this story happened and that it was upsetting Santas. And we reported that Tim Connaghan teaches to not allow Santa to be presented in a bad light.

This story of Tim Connaghan allowing himself and his students, who come to him to learn how to be Santa, to be photographed as "Santa" in a situation that other Santas thought was a bad light, IS a story that has merit, BECAUSE of his claiming to know what is correct behavior.

WE added the part about Connaghan stressing to always have both hands visible. Our addition of the story was pointing out that Connaghan did not do that. We said NOTHING about the character of the ladies involved. Your complaints that we did are WRONG. Our posting was about Connaghan.

Your arguments are "straw men" and will not be propped up for you to knock down.

The issue is Connaghan excersizing judgment that OTHER Santas are already upset about and calling "bad judgment".

And THAT is where this issue will stay.

Summer is clearly not Santa’s season. For the third year in a row the off-season behaviors of a clan of professional Santa Clauses is grabbing headlines and causing jaws to drop. This year, they traveled by cruise ship to Alaska, where they stole headlines everywhere they went — including Skagway, Alaska where this group of Santas posed at a famed brothel museum:

The group, being tutored at a “School4Santa” sponsored by the International University of Santa Claus, were supposed to be learning the delicate art of representing Santa Claus and living up to the industry-wide standards set out in the “Santa Claus Oath”.

The schools, led by Santa trainer Tim Connaghan across the United States, teaches professional Santas the history and business of professional Santas.

A Santa convention showed up on a ship last week and posed with the ladies at the Red Onion Brothel Museum. They also sang “Jingle Bells” in the Christmas Store and generally made themselves noticed everywhere they went.

We did a little research on the "Red Onion Brothel Museum". The Red Onion Brothel Museum is housed inside the "Red Onion Saloon". This is not a restaurant that happens to serve alcohol, this is a BAR. So even if this Mr. Tim Connaghan can figure out a way to explain why a Brothel Museum is the correct venue for Santa, why would he plan an entire trip around going to a BAR?

Isn't anyone else upset by this?

Santa's Girthday Party?

Just in case you all forgot about the most foul "santa" page we have found, do NOT forget about Ric Erwin, the L.A. Fair "santa claus" from Laguna Niguel.

We previously reported that Ric Erwin, who also claims to be a professional videographer, posted on his ricnvic.com video site, a video of his Birthday Party. Oh Wait, it wasn't his Birthday Party, he proclaimed it his GIRTHDAY PARTY. Not only that, he called it "Santa's Girthday Party"
You can see the screenshot of his own web page right there. And look, his page even states his tie in with the L.A. County Fair.

But let's get back to the Girthday? The page reads, "CLICK HERE to see video of Jolly Ole' Saint Ric receiving one of his recent birthday gifts - from a young lady with a FEW gifts of her own!!"

A very common dictionary definition of the word girth is:
The girth of an object is a measurement around it.

Now one would probably assume that what we MUST be talking about is Santa's Belly.. right?
One would THINK.

But then when you watch the video, you get to see that the subtitle of his video is, "HOW SANTA GOT HIS YULE LOG BACK" and then we see the very vulgar Mr. Ric Erwin, the "santa" for the L.A. County Fair, sitting in a chair, making rude comments about a belly dancer that someone hired for him. How Santa Got His YULE LOG Back????? Does anyone still think Ric Erwin is talking about Santa's belly? Or is Ric Erwin publicly talking about ANOTHER part of Santa's body?

We posted about this once before, and even posted a link to this video that ties Santa to vulgar comments. Once we let the world know just what kind of "santa" Ric Erwin is, he quickly took down the video, and changed the name to remove the "Girthday".

But he still had it up there. This slovenly looking man drooling over the belly dancer acting as if she was a stripper had this video up for almost an ENTIRE YEAR before we posted about it. Once we did, he took it down QUICK. He then wrote to our server company complaining about what we did. Our domain name had to find a new home. We are still working on finding a place for the very large .rm file so that the world can see just what kind of "santa" Ric Erwin really is.

But we have so much on him, his foul mouth, his harassing people in their homes by calling their landlords, and so much more, we are SURE he will do something again, to disgust us. AND we will post it here, so that the world will know.

Porno Santa? "santa" using words viagra and porno on his website

Well, well, well, we were surprised by this one.

We were researching a "lady" on SantaTalk that seems to have an unending smart mouth.
She uses the userid "tadeigh" which is supposed to be a play on her real name, "TaMara", sounds like Tomorrow.

We discovered her real name is Tamara Gold, of Salt Lake City UT. She is the wife of Bret Gold, a "santa claus" who works for Amusematt, and has been the santa claus at the Provo Towne Centre Mall, at 1200 Towne Centre Blvd, Provo UT 84601.

Bret Gold and his wife TaMara Gold are self professed pagans and witches. Now, in our opinion, that is not all that good, and while we don't like it... we didn't think it was reason enough to post on our list. Her smart mouth, wasn't really a reason either.

But when we went and did a google search for their domain name, "realwhiskers.com", we were SHOCKED at what we found. On their website, they set it up, so that the words, "buy viagra" and "porno" were text content on their site. It shows up in the search engines, but is "invisible" on their webpage itself.Here is the same search, with the words highlighted, just in case you missed them on the previous screen shot;
Here is the source code for their page.. you can see that Google didn't have some kind of script error and insert the words into the search result... THIS IS IN THEIR HTML CODE FOR THEIR PAGE!

Now, we HAVE to ask the question.... WHY would someone use the words, "viagra" and "porno" to label their sites in the search engines? What are they trying to do? WHY would they tie those words and that kind of content to their Santa Claus Site?

So, you be the judge, would you want to take your kids to see the Porno Santa Claus at Provo Towne Centre Mall? Would you want to pay good money to Amusematt to let your kids sit on "Porno Santa"s lap?

Check out this reply from Miss Cindylu.. and we are not referring to the cute little Cindylu Who from Dr. Seuss. This little old lady shows a real mean streak herself.

This little old lady will HOPEFULLY stay away from the Santa Set when you take your children in the Alabaster Alabama area. But.. who knows.. maybe she will be there. MAYBE she will be acting on the set, the way she acts on this message board. Do YOU want to take that chance?

While we are on the subject of BamaSanta. We were checking out their website while preparing this site, THIS was on their website;

Unfortunately, they have recently reworked their site, and you cannot see "their" nice list anymore. So, you cannot see the stolen bandwidth tag either.

It seems the owner of the image on Charlie Thomas' website went for the embarrassing option. Lucky Mr. Thomas. However, it revealed Mr. Charlie Thomas and Mrs. Cindy Thomas to be bandwidth theives.

Hmmm.. No wonder they changed their website.

While looking at SantaTalk again, we noticed that some posts are starting to be deleted.
One here, one there. Not many, just a couple. It seems that when we post and let the rest of the world know just how terrible these PUBLICLY VIEWABLE posts from "santas" are, they take THAT post down.

Case in point, the post wherein Frank Richard Erwin, AKA Ric Erwin, a supposed "santa claus" in Laguna Niguel, and who sat with the Los Angelas children this past September at the L.A. Fair, posted a post with the subject line of "GOD DAMN YOUR IMMORTAL SOUL, NICK TROLLI!!!".

In this post, Ric Erwin states that he calls the Apartment Complex Manager of Mr. Nick Trolli, because Nick Trolli had posted a prayer request for his daughter who was involved in a swimming accident that endangered her health.

Ric Erwin posted that message number after Nick requested prayer for his daughter, on Nick's own organizational message board. Nick Trolli did NOT post it on SantaTalk.

The "santas" on SantaTalk felt the need to post it on their message board, and then use the information to attack Nicholas, at his home, via his landlord.

We have repeatedly mentioned this in our postings. As of this morning, that post is now gone.

SantaCheck.com has accomplished another victory. However SantaTalk, SantaTalkATT still exists. Until they are completely ashamed of their PUBLICLY VIEWABLE FOUL MOUTH, we will not stop.

Part of his original message is as follows;

She wasn't exactly hostile at first, but she was QUITE stern-- even from the opening greeting-- and she demanded to know exactly who I was, and that I reveal the source of my interest in the matter before she would even confirm or deny its occurrence. I identified myself exactly as I'd done earlier, except that this time I specified FORBS as the group I was calling on behalf of; I told her that the resident whose report we were trying to verify was Nicholas Trolli, and that we simply wanted some kind of third-party confirmation before we loosed the flood of sympathy and support which such an incident would surely trigger amongst our noble brethren.

As I spoke this, I sensed the relief flooding through Robin, and once she started to talk, I felt that tingling sensation in the back of MY neck, as well!!!

First of all, she said, the pool was closed yesterday. Secondly, there HAD been a minor incident on Sunday involving teens horseplaying, but that the only person at risk at any point was that teen boy mentioned in Jerksniff's post-- and that the closest Nick's daughter ever came at any point to being in danger was when the teen grabbed her bathing suit, and she briefly went under water. Although she DID cry after she got out of the pool, she made her own way to the poolside, AND SHE WAS NEVER OUT OF SIGHT OF THE LIFEGUARD!

Wait a minute, let's see if we can sort this out and then piece it back together as a truthful statement. We do not see that it can happen.

First;
"She said the pool was closed. "
Second;
"There HAD been a minor incident on Sunday" ... (At a CLOSED POOL???)
Third;
"The closest Nick's daughter ever came at any point to being in danger was when the teen grabbed her bathing suit and she went under water". .... (sounds like someone else in danger besides just the teens that were horseplaying)
Fourth:
SHE WAS NEVER OUT SIGHT OF THE LIFEGUARD????? ( A lifeguard at a closed pool???)

Swimmng and playing in a "CLOSED POOL". A girl who was "NEVER in any danger", yet, she was pulled "under water" by some teenagers. ?????????

Ric Erwin is calling Nick Trolli a liar because he asked for prayer for his daughter, and he can't write publicly viewable sentences that agree with each other in the same paragraph.

Just because we are tired of posting filth on here, and it is nice to have something good to publish, we are going to publish the prayer request from Nick. You can see what has ENRAGED "Santa" so much. We are posting this with his permission;

Tonight I am sitting vigil on my 10 year old daughter praying that she will be ok. Today after taking her to participate in a Flag Ceremony with her scout troop, the VFW and the ELKS we returned home and my wife took them to our complexes pool as she has done the past two weeks and usually does in the summer months. Today like I usually do I stayed home and worked on Santa and AORBS stuff in the quiet of the apartment.

After tiring of my activities on the phone concerning AORBS and the discussion ensuing on ELF NET I decided to go to the pool and relax a bit. This was not to be the case for me however. Upon my arrival at the pool I could sense uneasiness in the air, as I scanned the pool I found my wife with my daughter at the side of the pool. Cecelia was gasping for air.

As I am assisting Cecelia my wife tells me of 3 teenagers that were goofing off at the pool and that they threw a 17 year old friend in the 9 ft section of the pool. This fellow couldn't swim and was flailing in the water. Both my children have had classes at the YMCA and are good swimmers. They are now working on becoming better at swimming under water; this is why Cecelia was in the deep end. When this guy was thrown into the pool he was fighting for his life. A drowning person will grab anything to try and stay afloat. It is not uncommon for a rescue swimmer to be drowned with the initial victim.

Cecelia was what this kid was grabbing and she was being held under him where no one could see her. The life guard thought this teenager was goofing off as has been their habit and she didn't see my daughter. Finally the life guard jumped in and saved the teenager as he was going down for the third time. Cecelia managed to break away but was in trouble as she was week and had aspirated water. My wife got her to the side of the pool and out of the water.

A trip to the ER and now a night of observation, this father sits here realizing how close my baby, my angel came to singing in the choir in heaven. I'm not afraid to tell you that the thought of losing my child terrifies me. There is no way after an incident like this you cannot realize how precious life is.

Please pray with my family that Cecelia is ok and that all the bad that can happen when you aspirate water in your lung doesn't happen.

You make the judge on which Santa you would want to visit YOUR children.

We have NOT contacted someone's landlord pretending to be someone wanting to send charity to their tenant in order to find information out about that tenant.

We have NOT gone a decade or two into someone's public records to see if there is anything in their past that we don't like.

We have NOT traveled to someone's previous neighborhood and questioned their old neighbors.

We have NOT posted the child welfare department's phone number's and agents' names in the states where these "santas" reside and suggest someone call them and have their children taken away.

We have NOT posted accusations about a third party, without documented proof.

We have NOT directly contacted them with unproven gossip about a competitor and told them that we were just going through the web and "discovered" some "stuff online" about our competitor and then sent them to a link about something WE wrote and pretended to know nothing more about it. (like Ric Erwin admitted to doing)

We have NOT done any of those actions we just listed, but the members of SantaTalk HAVE DONE THEM. And they have done them recently.
SantaTalk is a message board, actually three different boards, set up and maintained by David Humbert, a "santa claus" in Camarillo CA, and Barry Walzberg, a "santa claus" in Fresno CA. These two "santas" have made these forums available and they are facilitating the hate and filth that we have found there.

We are simply posting what we readily and easily found by reading the CURRENT, PUBLIC postings of people who claim to be "Santa"

We have simply read their CURRENT, PUBLICLY VIEWABLE, message board, where they are actively posting PUBLICLY VIEWABLE conversations, and reporting to you what we have found.
We have screenshots to document and prove that what we are saying is the truth. Since we were accused of violating copyright by making them available on the website, we are now simply sending them as proof in an email, to anyone who wished to see them. They DO exist.

In regards to Paul XXXX, a "santa claus" in St. Petersburg FL and Manhattan NY, we did NOT send someone around to his neighbor's asking questions trying to find out something on him. We did NOT delve into his background or investigate online "background checks" until we found something we thought we could use against him.

We were reading the Website IOSantas.com.

We were pleased when we saw this letter; THIS is the kind of public posts we expected from a message board dedicated to Santas.

We clicked on his International Order of Santas Profile that is listed under his name or his International Order of Santas userid.

On his profile page, it listed his "Homepage", which was http://www.biggercity.com/roundgriz .
We expected to see more examples of Santa Lore, maybe cute little elves, reindeer pictures, that kind of thing. What we saw was this "santa" IN THE NUDE!!!!!!

We did NOT go looking for the dirt in this man's private life. He displayed his dirt for all the world to see. When we reported it, this "santa" in St. Petersburg FL became angry. He wrote our server inflammatory, and accusatory emails. He claimed we were posting copyrighted material, (our screen shots documenting what we saw). He claimed we were providing a link to an "Adult" Website without the benefit of a warning page to our readers. Those of you who saw our page, know this is not true. We warned every reader to NOT click to the next page that documented his dirt. We even warned you on THAT page, NOT TO SCROLL DOWN THE PAGE. He claimed that HIS adult pages were sitting safely behind an adult verification process whereby the reader had to confirm they were an adult before they proceeded. This was NOT true. We simply clicked on his "Home Page" link that he provided on his International Order of Santas Profile Page, and we saw more of this "santa claus" than we wanted to see. We were accused of "outing" his gay lifestyle. We did no such thing. He outed himself, to any person, child or adult, that may have read his IOSantas Profile Page.

THAT is why we added him to our naughty list.

As an update, we would like to inform you that because of our notices, this "santa claus" in St. Petersburg FL and Manhattan NY, has changed his International Order of Santas Profile Page. He has removed the link to "Erotic Stories" and "Older Men", which were adult sites as well. He has removed the link to www.biggercity.com/roundgriz. He has removed EVERYTHING that identifies himself from his IOSantas Profile Page.

We have even checked his biggercity.com/roundgriz site, and it as well no longer exists. He either removed it totally, or changed his profile name.... or hopefully, he has realized this is not the kind of behavior he should be linking to as "Santa" and has quit this behaviour. We do not know which is the exact result of our postings. We can tell you this however. If you are interested in what is posted on the International Order of Santas message board, and you feel like reading more about the "santa" that posted there, you WILL NO LONGER see nude pictures of Mr. Paul XXXX. But you were subjected to it, by Tom Hartsfield's International Order of Santas Message Board, BEFORE SantaCheck.

In regards to John Hart, we reported that Mr. Ric Erwin, a "santa claus" in Laguna Niguel CA posted a claim that during President Clinton's administration, NO U.S. Military service men or women lost their lives in service to their country during his ENTIRE Eight years. We then posted that even their OWN thought this was outragous, and provided the proof by posting Mr. John Hart's posting rebuking Mr. Ric Erwin.

The ONE thing we found that we were proud of on SantaTalk, and they are upset that it is reported to you, even though they held their little bickering event and rebuke IN THE PUBLIC. Go figure.

We have been asked, basically, how do we decide what we post?

Actually, what we have really been asked by some of the people we have been posting about is, why me? and why don't you go after "that guy"?

When we post items for you to know about, we endeavor to post the individual's own words and his/her own postings by his/her own hand.

If you have something that you would like to report to us, we MUST have proof of the charges. We are providing their own words that THEY write.

We will NOT post accusations that do NOT have proof accompanied with them. We will NOT post the recent comment we received that basically said, "Well You need to go after Mr. XXXX, he lied, he stole". If you do not have written documentation, it is nothing more than whining and hateful lies, and gossip. We have already received a comment from someone who registered a Blogger ID the very same day he sent the comment. There are no other posts by this person, no blogs, no other identification at this time.. other than some name of "Santa4everandever".

We don't publish gossip. We publish documented proof.

Remember that old TV series from the 60s, "Branded"?

The opening scene featured Chuck Connors ("The Rifleman") as a

Be careful when you scratch the surface of our lifestyles. I know of
many things among our fellow Santas of which we do not speak. Even
XXXXX would not identify a child molester by name. We have gay Santas,
swinger Santas, ex con Santas, Santas that cheat on their wives,
religous nut case Santas. You name it we have it. Sorry but that is
life.

Mr Paul Vincentt, "Santa Claus" of St. Petersburg FL, got our website SantaCheck.com turned off.

Mr. Paul Vincentt, a "Santa Claus" of St. Petersburg FL was upset that we exposed his gay lifestyle. Specifically a lifestyle wherein he sexually pursued FAT OLDER MEN. Mr. Paul Vincentt himself is a rather large, overweight man. He joined a group of Santas called, The International Order of Santas. While reading a message board for The International Order of Santas we saw a post from a member of that group, whose user id is, "roundgriz".

The post itself was kind of interesting, we were intrigued by the post, so we clicked on his profile.
His profile, accessible to ANYONE, child or adult, listed his personal interests as "Erotic Stories" and "Older Men". We made a screen shot of his profile complete with URL to back up this claim, but Mr. Paul Vincentt, a supposed "Santa Claus" St. Petersburg FL filed a complaint with the server provider, stating that SantaCheck was guilty of copyright infringement, because SantaCheck posted screenshots to prove the facts of his involvment.

So we no longer have the screenshots online for you to see, but would be happy to email each and every screenshot as a jpg to anyone who wishes to see them.

On his International Order of Santas Profile, Mr. Paul Vincentt a "Santa Claus" from St. Petersburg FL also listed a link to what the profile page termed his "Home Page".
That URL that was publicly viewable to ANYONE and EVERYONE who read his post, was www.biggercity.com/roundgriz

This was hotlinked directly to the page. There was no warning that it was an adult site. There was no intermediate page asking for proof of being over 18 before proceeding to the site. That LINK went DIRECTLY to photos of Mr. Paul Vincentt, a "Santa Claus" of St. Petersburg FL IN THE NUDE.

By the way biggercity.com is a community site specifically for men who are sexually attracted to overweight men. Which we found out to our disgust when we clicked on that link provided in his International Order of Santas Profile page. Just ONE CLICK.. and he provided FILTH for the entire world, young and old alike, to see.

Mr. Paul Vincentt's claim was that we were providing images of adult material without a warning that it was an adult site. This is simply not true. We had two pages set up. The first page summarized what we found, with a warning that the next page was adult and disgusting and suggested that people DO NOT click on the link. The next page also warned to NOT SCROLL DOWN the page unless they were prepared to see adult and disgusting material.

This kind of warning was not provided by Mr. Paul Vincentt, a supposed "Santa Claus" of St. Petersburg FL, on his International Order of Santas Profile page. The link he provided went directly to his page. His complaint that SantaCheck should be taken down because we did not provide a warning is absolutely hypocritical.

Mr. Paul Vincentt, a supposed "Santa Claus" of St. Petersburg FL, and a "Santa Claus" of Manhattan NY, also had a picture of himself, IN HIS SANTA SUIT, with his gay lover sitting on his lap and kissing, this was on his personal AOL homepage.

Now.. We really do not care whether any reader of this page finds a gay lifestyle as wrong, or whether you condone it... We just think that if someone is going to take their child to see this "Santa"... They should be able to have that knowledge about him. And if you are going to invite this man into your home... we think you should be aware that he is sexually attracted to overweight men. You do what you want with this information. If you like having someone like that in your home... then that is great for you. If you do not like having someone like that in your home... shouldn't you have that information?

Since the domain is down, we will post the other information on the others here as well. We still have the screen shots. They MIGHT be able to stop hosting of screenshots from their own words, but they CANNOT stop us from making the screen shots.

But now instead of simply posting screenshots of their words and their names.. we will be posting the actual words they have written, making their name and their words available for search engines to find.

We Are Gaining Ground!

SantaCheck.com is gaining ground. We already told you that a Santa Claus message board full of nothing but Hate, foul language and self confessed sex swingers was quiet because of our exposing of their language and actions. (Now third day, no new postings)

We can now report that Paul Vincent, "Santa Claus" from St. Petersburg FL and Manhattan NY, and a member of the International Order of Santas has changed his International Order of Santas Profile. He has removed his shocking, disgusting links to adult sites that feature him in the nude.

He has removed the links, but he has not removed his adult sites. Mr. Paul Vincent, who pretends to be a "Santa Claus" from Manhattan NY, and St. Petersburg FL, still maintains his connection and his sex lifestyle.

We would really like to know why those disgusting adult links were on his International Order of Santa Profile to begin with.

SantaTalk speechless

For the first time since we have been monitoring SantaTalkATT, it would appear that they are speechless.

Two Full days have gone by without any posts on the Board that exists to "Answer The Trolls" as they state on their front page. Although on several of their messages in that board, they say that ATT stands for "Attack The Trolls". It is also apparent in their postings that the "troll/s" is their favorite insult for a Santa/Santas that they compete with in their Santa Business. They have called him just about every name in the book. They set up this entire message board for the sole purpose of posting their hatred for an individual they think threatens their ability to make money as "santas". (see posting below that includes an image they made out of his photo. It is his picture on a dart board)

They have posted that we were going to be taken offline. They complained because we are exposing their own words. We take screen shots of their postings and place them in our website, so that they can be seen by the rest of the world not familiar with their message board.

They have called taking their words and posting them here "Hate Speech". We wonder why they didn't consider it hateful when they posted those same words on their own message board.

In a recent post by Ric Erwin, a Santa Claus in Riverside CA, he deviated from his norm, and used words like "crap" "stuff" and "junk" rather than so-called adult language, which he routinely filled his posts with in the past.

We are happy to see that SantaCheck.com has accomplished at least ONE thing. We have cleaned up their language that they use in public. We wonder how long it will last. We wonder how long it will be before they harass someone else in the privacy of their own home. We wonder how long it will be before they "cuss like a sailor" and then tell everyone to just deal with it, again.

We are still here. We have been threatened with efforts to overload our server and knock it off line. We think they call that a "Denial of Service Attack". Believe it or not, this threat is from people who claim that they are Santa. They posted publicly that they want to organize some kind of overload on our server, and overwhelm it to cause us to go offline.

It is a good thing that they do not have the technical skills, because from what we have seen of those hateful people at SantaTalk, they would do it if they knew how.

We have seen them post threats of violence to other Santas that compete with them in the Santa world. We have seen them brag about calling a competing Santa's landlord and harass him at his apartment building. We have seen them post google map pictures of his place of residence. We have seen them insult his wife.

We have no doubt, if they could pull off something like take our server down, they would do it. But SantaCheck.com is still up.

Also, they have claimed that they were going to complain and have our site taken down by our server provider. As a matter of fact, two days ago, they said that "this time tomorrow" our site would be down. It has now been two days.

We wonder if anyone has tried to take their site down.

Has anyone read the hateful stuff they write? It is horrid. And these men want to spend time with YOUR children???? We wouldn't let them anywhere near ours.

By the way, we had access to their message board for a time. They removed our posts and our access, but while we were there, we found this in their photo section.
We already know, that they know how to photoshop images , Here is another example of their photoshop efforts. That person in the picture, that is the one they post about hating so much, the other Santa that they are competing against. This is the one, of which, Owen Davenport, a supposed "Santa Claus" in Terre Haute Indiana, said he wanted "dibs on cutting that nasty beard".

We have already received some emails from some Santas asking us who we are, and why are we doing this.

We here at SantaCheck.com have not listed our individual names, or a physical address where we can be found.

There is a very good reason for that.

First: Why are we doing this?
We saw so much in the world today, that concerned us as parents. When we read about what the State of California called the "Bad Santa Law" we became even more concerned.

This made us realize that information needed to be provided in an easier to reach format. We decided to become a clearing house as it were of the information we found on the internet. We make no claims. We simply show what we have found. We strenuously try to ensure that the information we provide is information in the individuals own words. We do not proclaim anyone as anything. We let their words do that.

Who are We?
When we imagined the idea for this site, we at first were going to provide a complete contact information resource. However when we read of an account where someone contacted the "apartment complex manager" of a person they had a public disagreement with, this concerned our families, and us as well.

We decided to not provide that, in an effort to protect our families and children. We quickly removed any contact information from any files we had prepared for the then upcoming website. This is for the safety of our Children, of which we have already proclaimed, that is WHO we are concerned for.

We have now joined the blogging world, blogosphere, or what ever they are calling it.

We already have a web presence at www.SantaCheck.com, but with this blog, we are hoping it will be easier to post notices about updates in our website. Not being very web minded, we are enjoying the tools that are available for the average internet user.

We will be incorporating the two web presences, our original site, and this blog, so that hopefully they will work seamlessly together.
